Due to the nature of our business and product we sell, return or refund policy will be only applicable if there’s any manufacturing defect such as forma missing or blurry printing.
However, we want you to be 100% satisfied and happy with your purchase. So if you are having any issue with the purchase or have any questions, feel free to inform us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem!
- If you have technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
- If after you attempted to resolve issues with Support staff and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
- You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Adarsha will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
