গ্রাহকের ইচ্ছার পরিবর্তনের কারণে বই রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়।
কেবলমাত্র উৎপাদনগত ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, যেমন ত্রুটিপূর্ণ ফর্মা, ছাপা ও বাঁধাই হলে স্টকে থাকা সাপেক্ষে বই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
অর্ডারকৃত একটি বইয়ের বদলে ভুলে অন্য বই পাঠানো হলে ভুল বইটি ফেরত নিয়ে গ্রাহককে সঠিক বইটি পাঠানো হবে।
অর্ডারকৃত একটি বই ডেলিভারি পর সেটির পরিবর্তে অন্য বই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বইয়ের বদলে অন্য দেওয়া হবে না। তবে ওই বইটি যদি স্টকে না থাকে তবে পাঠক সমমূল্যের অন্য বই ফেরত নিতে পারবে।

রিফান্ড

অনলাইন পেমেন্টের পর কোনো বই যদি স্টকে না থাকে তবে ওই বইয়ের মূল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে।
অর্ডারকৃত বইটি উৎপাদন ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে যদি ওই বইটি স্টকে না থাকে এবং গ্রাহক সমমূল্যের অন্য বই নিতে ইচ্ছুক না হন তবে তার প্রদানকৃত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
অর্ডারকৃত একটি বইয়ের বদলে ভুলে অন্য বই পাঠানো হলে সেই বইটি যদি স্টকে না থাকে তবে বইটির মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

সময়সীমা

Returns

Books cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects — for example, faulty format, printing errors, or binding faults — and only if the item is available in stock.
If a different book is sent by mistake instead of the ordered title, the incorrect book will be collected and the correct book will be dispatched to the customer.
Once a book has been delivered, it cannot be exchanged for a different title.
Defective books will not be replaced with a different title. However, if the same title is out of stock, the customer may choose another book of equal value.

Refunds

If a book is out of stock after an online payment, the price of that book will be refunded.
If the ordered book has a manufacturing defect and the title is out of stock, and the customer does not wish to accept another book of equal value, the payment will be refunded.
If the wrong book was sent by mistake and that incorrect book is out of stock, the price of the book will be refunded.
